After nearly a decade of struggle with a plethora of health issues- I spent eight years in and out of clinics being dismissed, told to diet and exercise and continued to live with chronic fatigue, pain, aches and unsettling weight gain. I went in and not only felt heard- but in finally was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder.I was immediately placed on medications to support my thyroid, put on an inflammatory diet and within 30 days I was almost completely pain free, I’m 4 months in and already 45 pounds down and starting to feel like myself again. I cannot thank Tina enough for not only listening- but finally getting me the answers to get my life back!

I came in with pain in my chest and filled out a detailed description of the issue and how it had started. I waited for an hour and a half to be seen. Once pulled to the back, I got my weight, height and blood pressure taken but nothing else. I waited maybe five minutes until the nurse (I assume) came back in to tell me to go to the ER and get a CT scan as they were pretty sure I had a pulmonary embolism. I was never even seen by the Dr. No one listened to my heart, I had no major signs that would point to PE and I expressed concern for the diagnosis being wrong as the pain was in my muscle. I was basically rushed out and felt very unheard and like they did not want to take care of me because they were about to have their Christmas party. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is

Super friendly staff. I go there for my PCP and have met probably 6 different nurses and attendants. Every one was super friendly and knowledgeable, especially Dr. H.

Would not recommend as an urgent care. Sought care while on vacation for an ear infection, was treated poorly by the nursing staff who seemed more interested in debating the pain scale than getting me seen for the pain I was experiencing. Finally saw the doctor who was very kind and prescribed medication which I started right away. Still had not gotten any relief by the following afternoon and called to see if I could get oral medication instead of drops and again was treated poorly by the staff, who wanted to debate how long I had been taking medication and when it would be appropriate to receive a different medication. I have never experienced staff this unkind at a medical facility.

Went for rolled ankle and sinus infection, they want to covid test prior, cool, sit outside and wait, cool, not telling me their staff was out to lunch, not cool, wanting me to walk back to my car with a rolled ankle, also not cool, unfortunately this seems to be the only urgent care in the area and specialty seems to be making people feel unwelcome, priorities NOT being actual patient care. Disgraceful
