I am happy that I found this office. Dr. Sanchez and his team are incredible! I have had many dentists in the past but this office has provided me with confidence. Dr. Sanchez explains everything well which I was able to understand what treatment I needed. His assistance are very nice and pleasant Candy was extremely great. They are helpful and make you as comfortable as possible. I have had the best cleaning I have ever had with Lauren their hygienist. She is gentle and did an incredible job. The front office was the best. They gave me a breakdown of my costs and helped me make sure I could afford all that I needed. Cristy and Ryan both were welcoming on arrival with a genuine nice to meet you. I was happy to get all my treatment done here and refer my family and friends.

After my horrible childhood dental experiences caused me dental anxiety, I avoided going to the dentist at all costs. It wasn't until one day that I had no choice but to go. This is when I found Dr. Sanchez. He's made my visits from day one feel EXTRAORDINARY! He's very compassionate and attentive to how I feel during my visits. What makes him stand out from the rest, is that he takes the time to make sure you understand your diagnosis and answers all your question/concerns, all while getting your input and what you want to do with your teeth. Nothing feels pressured or "mandatory". Lastly, I love how all of his staff can joke around while taking care of business. It's very comforting hearing laughs in the dental office!

Dr. Sanchez took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The hygienist Lauren was gentle and thorough, which I really appreciated. The office was spotless and had modern equipment, which made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. I usually feel anxious about dental visits, but Candy Ruiz made it a genuinely pleasant experience. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional and caring dentist.🦷🪥🌟

From the moment I walked in and throughout my appointment I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Sanchez and his amazing staff! During my treatment it became apparent to Dr. Sanchez that I was getting anxious and although he was in the middle of my procedure, he made sure to continually check on me to make sure I was doing good. Candy, the lead dental assistant, was also very attentive, friendly and respectful. She made sure to explain what was being done and answer any questions I had with enthusiasm. Everyone took the time to explain what they were doing before they got started and were very patient with me. You can tell the pride the staff takes in their work and their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Sanchez and his incredible team!

Sandia Ridge Dentists has been an absolutely wonderful experience for our family. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. I want to give a special shoutout to Candy, who went above and beyond for my two girls. She did an exceptional job making them feel safe and comfortable in what can be a very scary environment for kids. Her patience, kindness, and ability to connect with them truly made all the difference.
