Hello everyone my name is Thomas McBride and I met Dr.Alex 3 years ago through my wife. I own my own auto detailing and home cleaning service and my body takes a beating. Dr. Alex was able to give me stretches and exercise to strengthen certain areas I was having issues with. We set up a regular maintenance program to keep blood flow moving properly as several muscles in my forearm shoulder were very tight which were limiting my mobility. The cool thing is Alex is Able to use acupuncture, cupping, deep tissue among several other techniques that are all very effective.
