Money grab!!! Billing Medicaid and providing substandard care (especially after hours and during shift change). Staff even stated that the family should not be concerned with cost of care as it is being billed to Medicare. Its sad they way seniors are treated (long wait times, insensitive/rude staff). The staff makes one feel like you are bothering them. I personally witnessed long wait times before staff addresses basic needs such as toileting. Reaching out to the State of Ohio (Ombudsman) and Job and Family Services/Medicare to share concerns and request an investigation. I find it interesting that Sanctuary Pointe asked for a review within the first few days of admission. At that time, the experience was such that I agreed. Three months later...I would beg to differ. The staff so far as of these few months that my brother has been at Sanctuary has been pretty good. The staff are caring and they listen to your needs that either my brother or myself may have and it is handled as quickly as they can.

Sanctuary Pointe Nursing home is not the greatest for your loved ones. They believe when family members visit that they should take care of their loved one. That's why they never answer the call light. They also tell you when your love one is going home that they reached out to home care to provide help and they lie. I would never put my mother in this home again.

This place has been wonderful. The staff was very compassionate and very good at what they do. Im sincerely greatful for how they took care of my sister. You won't find another place better than them. Thanks sanctuary point.

I have to say I thought food was okay to begin ,but it isn't a quality food anymore. Ice cream is always melted and they refuse to go look for solid ice cream. My mom is in a diaper because she fell and broke her hip in their facility. They will leave her in the same diaper all day without cleaning or changing her. I'm told on the phone they will do this and that and maybe will try something once but than back to same old same old. Its shameful.
