San Martin Pharmacy

They always say that the prescription is going to be ready in an hour but then I always call and say that it was never processed. Another incident I had is when I needed a medication and the guy was charging 150$ even though my insurance was covering it. I questioned him and I told him why, he said I needed to talk to my doctor. The following appointment I brought the incident up and she said she would let the front desk know about the situation. The front desk called the pharmacy and ended up letting me know that they didn’t have any in stock and I found that very unprofessional. I was willing to pay 150$ for a medication they didn’t have in stock. They are always lying and I am over it. Stay away from this pharmacy.

A good customer service pharmacy, however takes forever to get your order done from medicine.

Always serve my family. Nice workers most of the time. They treat you like friends except when they are really busy.

Always busy!! Extremely hard to get a hold on someone on the phone. Customer service is good inside the store. Always short staff! Phone line never gets picked up.

more than perfect. the employees are so friendly. my prescription was ready in 10 min. the pharmacy has a variety of OTC products,herbs, and cosmetics. the pharmacy has a good location with easy access in addition to the parking lot that it has.
