San Luis Urgent Care

It was completely useless. In all honesty I really don’t know why is it still open and if so practitioners need to be evaluated once an awhile to have better ones. The medic that seen my kid didnt check her chest or nothing he just got in said that the tests (flu,covid and strep throat ) came negative and ask questions and directly send me to see the actual pediatrician cause he can’t do nothing. I was there one hour and 30 min for only a waste of time just to keep their pockets full of cash.

Horrible experience! This is the second time I visit this urgent care because I hardly ever go to a doctor unless I really feel sick. My first time was great but this time the physician assistant Peter St. Louis Angervil was so rude, didn’t even check me the proper way and most of all did not show any compassion towards his patient! He was in and out in less than 2 minutes. He walked in, asked me what was going on and just said he was going to send medication to the pharmacy but that nothing was wrong with me. He walked out of the room and left me confused since I didn’t know if he was already done with me or if I needed anything else. I understand we all have bad days but as a physician you are there to help the ill! Most of the time us patients don’t even want to be there if we feel sick

The hours say they close at 9:00p.. got there at 7:20p to be told they weren't seeing any more patients because they're "full" why call themselves an urgent care. This is the second time this has happened. They start refusing to take ill patients early on so they can make sure they're out those doors right at 9:00p. I don't know how they can even call themselves medical professionals at this point

Horrible service, walked in with my sick infant and was told they couldn't see me because they were no longer accepting patients even though they were open for at least 1 more hour. They're a disgrace to medical professionals, being refused care for an infant is just wrong. Will always go to yuma from now on even though I live in San Luis.

Horrible service from all the staff, especially the ones at the front desk, if you arrived there one hr before closing they won't take you in, they just tell you to come back the next day at 9am or go to the emergency room very disgruntled people won't go back anymore don't waist your time in this place especially if you are taking your baby just drive up to Yuma.
