I had an initial visit at the Farmington, NM office today and was very impressed with the staff. The receptionist, Erica, was friendly and very efficient with the check in process. Dr. Story was very thorough in her exam and quite personable. She explained the various procedures and the reasons for doing them. It was easy to schedule appointments as well. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for an audiologist. Mary

Dr Luke Heinzmanm was very rude with my grandmother. 80 years old and no need to tell " what do you want me to do about it" really? Not professional!! Not friendly!! Not respectful!! Rude! So sad we can't depend on medical care to help us, elders in need, and give the attention and care deserved.

My dear friend, You have been on my mind for many weeks. I feel as though if I don't put pen to paper (figuratively) to write I'll explode. Kurt may have told you that I recently broke my foot in a car accident. An elderly man pulled in front of me without checking for oncoming traffic. At 40 miles an hour I hit his car. He was fine. I pressed the brake pedal as hard as I could and on impact all the bones in my right foot were broken. That (ironically) was election day. I had just started back to work. It was my first day. I was driving home ecstatic about the routine and exercise I was going to start. Exceptional quality all around. Everything from the initial visit and consultation to the final adjustments were excellent. Not only was the hearing aid product superb but so was EVERY visit after the fitting; a rare find these days. HIGHLY recommend.

Their hearing aids have really helped me cope with my tinnitus. The hearing aids have been a game changer for tinnitus. Not a cure but they have helped me habituate to my tinnitus. Very nice helpful people too.
