San Juan Health Partners Urgent Care

I thought this urgent care was amazing.. I tried to call around to get my child Physical Exam done for her sport. No one was take her in but all were til later date. But, it needed to be done asap. So we check in at Urgent Care. And, there it was easy and fast. Got it done before my child 1st game start.. thank you all for ur fast responds and taking good care and service for us.. Amazing job and well done..

The nurse practitioner told me my ear canals were red. She wasn't concerned. She prescribed zyrtec, nasal sprays & mucinex. The pharmacist at Walmart was surprised medication that is on the shelves for anyone to purchase was prescribed. He helped me get meds from the medication aisle. The pharmacy told me that my time at Urgent Care was wasted. I could have come to Walmart to get these meds off the shelf. I truly felt that my time was wasted at Urgent Care. That my exam wasn't as thorough as it used to be 7 plus years ago. Next time, I may as well see the Walmart pharmacy instead of Urgent Care. Everything about my visit was great. The gal at the check in desk was friendly and cheerful. The woman who handled the financial end of my visit was likewise friendly and helpful. The individual who took care of gathering my vital signs and history was great. Finally, Monica, who was the Nurse Practitioner who cared for me, was superb. All of these people who participated in my care deserve my thanks and highest praise.

During a busy, flu filled lobby, the entire treatment and service was great. I felt the lobby was clean and precautions were being met to keep people safe. The staff was helpful, caring, and Genevieve was awesome. Much better experience than the ER.

I had to go to the urgent care while I was out of town. They were extremely friendly and thorough. They were very busy but seemed to help you in a timely manner.
