Dr. Saehee Kim did mom's root canal. She had been suffering from chronic tooth pain in one of her bottom teeth, tooth #29, for years. The 3x dentists in another state could not do the correct root canal(s) to address the issue completely but Dr. Kim corrected the problem immediately and mom has been pain free ever since. Thank you so much to Dr. Kim!

I visited in July 2023 for a consultation with Dr. David Chow about retreating a previous root canal. He was extremely professional and went over the situation thoroughly in a clear and detailed way. 10/10 experience. My issue lies with the staff. My mom was with me the day of my visit and kindly offered to pay for my consultation fee and the lady doing the billing referred to my mom as "my walking wallet." I was stunned speechless at the time but every time I think back to it I get so angry on my mom's behalf. How is that an acceptable joke to tell to a paying client? I ended up getting the procedure done at a different practice.

I had my 1st ever Root Canal today. I had no idea what to expect but I definitely thought it would be painful. When I made the appointment I was assured I would be fine to go to work after. Well, I’m happy to report they were exactly right. Dr. Kim was awesome. She took X-Rays and did a couple of tests beforehand to make sure a root canal was what I truly needed. She explained the procedure and I was in and out of the office in about an hour. I have had absolutely no pain at all. What a relief!

Dr. David Chow and his staff are simply wonderful. Not too long ago, I was experiencing excruciating and throbbing pain on my lower right jaw. My dentist referred me to San Jose Endodontics to have the tooth be re-treated with a root canal. From my very first contact with this dental office, I already felt comfortable. The receptionist was very sympathetic and fit me into their schedule as soon as they could. I have had plenty of dental work in my lifetime and was definitely NOT looking forward to another root canal. However, upon meeting Dr. Chow, all of my fears and anxiety quickly went away. I can honestly say that the entire procedure was completely painless. He was personable, thorough, and very gentle. Dr. Chow and his assistant worked seamlessly together to save my hopeless toot

I've been always afraid of doing dental work since I was young, but this time was different. Today I did a root canal on my third trimester and Dr.Chow explained every steps his doing and was being very gentle. The whole procedures were not painful at all. (except little pinch for the local anesthesia, but it was tolerable!) I would definitely recommend Dr.Chow.
