The worst lab ever!!!! Went in to draw blood for an exam a few days ago. The two nurses available were not able to draw my blood because they couldn’t find my vein. I came to the Mountain View unit today to find out they were not only incompetent, but also cancelled the whole request in the system saying I refused to perform the exam - even though I drove there to get it done. Now I wasted my time twice and will need to reach out to my doctor to put the request back into the system. The first nurse couldn’t find the vein on my left arm, which I said it was my preferred one, poked it and nothing, then tried the right one and same thing. She then called another nurse. If it was possible to give negative review I would. I visited NP Harini Halaharvi for some GI issues. I was given some GERD instructions pamphlet and H. Pylori test. I did described her my issues but still she all the way told it was nothing much of concern. For H. Pylori test I had to drink some citric acid solution for which I was not made aware of side effects and I did described to the NP I was having some issues with acidic food. I didn't know that the solution given to me for the test would irritate my stomach so much. I visited the another GI for my issues that had worsened my symptoms. An endoscopy was performed and I was diagnosed with mild chronic gastritis with negative H. Pylori. So the NP not only did diagnosed me wrong but poured acid on my wounds. received a 684 dollars bill for my annual physical's blood work. billing department told me all the tests were coded as preventive, but that's not true. billing department told me they will conduct a coding review to check if codings were correct, but no gaurantee that they will change. lol.

Worst health care in South Bay. Long waits and major lack of communication. Takes forever for doctors and medical staff to approve routine prescriptions. Feels like a clinic in a developing country. Front staff always great but once you enter into the medical rooms it takes eons to be seen and they are always behind on updates on medical information regarding medications, hospital visits etc.

I feel confident continuing my care here and truly look forward to future visits. Highly recommend. We found out we were pregnant in August 2024 and decided to try Sutter Health for our care.
