To the staff & administrators of this facility: would you want your own loved one cared for here? My mother was admitted here after a stroke. Over several days, she repeatedly complained of lower abdominal pain and developed diarrhea. Staff response was limited to Tylenol, and her symptoms were repeatedly minimized — at one point suggested to be “skin irritation,” despite her clearly describing internal pain. No doctor evaluated her during this time. Only after I pushed for answers did staff contact a doctor, which escalated to EMT transport to the hospital, where she was diagnosed wi

🚨🚨🚨🚨This is the worst place on earth my dad went there for rehabilitation and he was on an Iv for medication the staff there would say they don’t know and say they are gonna look into it and didn’t I went there took my dad some new clothes and they had him in a hospital gown and didn’t attend to patients that are care level 5 which is the highest level of care. I’m writing this to save anyone else the heart ache of what I’m going thru my father was not there on his last days. My dad went from his vitals and blood pressure great to a two hour window later being found having to have cpr done. Needless to say my dad is no longer alive because of this place I’m gonna do everything in my power to have this place shut down and closed please be aware if you have a loved one there it is in your be

This review is on behalf of my 3 siblings and I. Our mother was there for a month after a bad fall and broke her hip. This facility was so amazing to my mother. Everyone was so kind to her and thoughtful. These places are never easy to be at for the patient because they are away from their family but we honestly feel if God forbid and she needs a Rehab center like this again we will bring her back. We are forever grateful to all the staff at San Jacinto Healthcare from the physical therapy department to all the nurses.

I had a lot of clothes stolen from my room. I also had my dentures were taken from my room. I would not ever go back there. The food was bad. They always used the cheapest soap and food. Do not send loved ones here.

My sisters and I needed to find a new home for our Mom and Dad. San Jacinto Healthcare was recommended by a friend who is a nurse. We asked if they could be in the same room. The Director and all staff have been so accommodating and helpful. My parents have received excellent care and they have a nice room. The entire team for the Dietitian, Activity Director, Brenda and Karen have been amazing. I know I’m forgetting a few names. Every time my sister visits she has been greeted and we are enjoying meeting the caring staff.
