Hello I’m a client from SGPRC yesterday I had a meeting with the new service coordinator on Friday 2 -13 -2026 at 1:00pm I wasn’t pleased how she talked to me & my service coordinator was very disrespectful had no shame at all it was my first time meeting her also she provoked me but I was respectful stood on my ground no client should not be mistreated I’m not a kid I’m a grown man & that social worker was cutting me off while I’m trying to talk what Ive went through & talking to me crazy like I’m not nothing to worry about, I’m sorry that social worker I’ve met yesterday was pointless very lazy unproductive unprofessional as well & running her mouth like she knew everything also that meeting was waste of my damn time & space if a person apply as a social worker that’s what they singed u

Once you are in for services, Regional Centers are amazing supports My child's worker is phenomenal, her manager, the clinical services managers. If I could give 5 stars for current services and zero for the psychologist I would. My experience with a psychologist was not great. If your child is scheduled for an evaluation with Dr. Carillo, you might want to request someone else if there is autism concerns. My child was evaluated by him, he was rude, late, and evaluation was so short. Said my child is a severely under discipline by me and under socialized. showed him many videos/ pictures of lining of toys, stimming, meltdowns, he refused to look at. My experience with this Regional Center has been the worst. Everything they say they don’t do. They never have their schedule right for meetings with the clients in the homes.They don’t even notify me when me SC has changed or went on a vacation and never came back. They don’t even follow up with any paperwork they have. Every time I have a meeting it’s like they barely first met me and they’re trying to keep me there. All they do is ask the staff how’s it going at the house but they never ask the clients they assume everything is okay. The staff at the house just lay around and sleep. So far Regional Center hasn’t kept any of their word except just a place to sleep with lazy staff and they complain when you ask them for something. I am totally unhappy with Regional Center. People need to get retrained and think they have entitlement and are rude for no provoked reason.
