San Gabriel Rehabilitation And Care Center

My mother is at this place right now . I’m in MS and every time I call there. They would tell me to call back and when I called back, no one answers the phone. My mother called one time and I missed her call. I tried to call her back. They gave me all type of excuses like she’s in the bed. They told me they could take the phone to her. Some of them say the phone won’t go to her room. I just don’t think this is a good place for my mother to be. I’m working on getting her out. This is so sad one day they will be in my shoes. Where they won’t be able to reach their mother because you Get just what you put out. My children are unable to speak to their grandmother. I think this is horrible who would do someone like this? So no I wouldn’t recommend this place To anyone that has a loved one some

We are so grateful for San Gabriel! The staff was amazing and took such great care of my mom, a cancer patient, for the final 18 months of her life. They were so loving and kind and gave her great care - she felt very safe. They also provided fun activities for the residents. The nurses are very dedicated and truly care for their patients. Thanks to all of you for loving my sweet mom!

During my stay at San Gabriel Yolanda who was my nurse took excellent care of me with my wound care. They also have a great breakfast selection. I recommend coming to San Gabriel for all of your rehab care. I recovered so well that I am able to go home!

I absolutely love this place! The staff are some of the kindest and most welcoming people you’ll ever meet. Many of them have worked here for years, which really shows their dedication and passion for what they do. Eileen always goes above and beyond to put residents first and find the best solutions for their needs. You can truly feel the care and commitment in everything they do!

Time to add my review of this facility because I have used it for my mom and 2 aunts since 2017. And looking at other reviews, very good and very bad ones, I also adding my 2 cents. My family cared for my mom 15 years before we moved her to St. Gabriel’s. She was cared very well there til her passing 2018, 4 days before her 97th birthday. We also cared for my 85 year old aunt at home with Hospice help for 4 years. We used 3 other nursing homes for respite care and always came back to St. Gabriel’s. She was moved there permanently in 2023 and is still there today and cared for very well. Staff is friendly and nurses very professional. A third relative, another aunt also lived with us for 8 years and was moved there at 92 to be with her sister. However disqualified after 2 months we brought
