San Francisco Sports Massage & Performance

Doesn’t get better than this for sports massage. I’ve tried too many SF massage therapists to count, and Kevin is far and away the best. It’s really amazing how different I felt walking out after only an hour. No nonsense — he took the time to understand my situation and got my neck and back moving and feeling great. I’ll be going back without a doubt.

Kevin is incredible! I discovered him through recommendation of a friend who claimed he fixed her knees before heading into her first 100K ultra run. I decided to visit heading into some big off road bike races of the year. Every visit I walked away feeling like my entire body could finally absorb all the hard work I'd put in. Kevin is professional, super talented, listens well to his clients, and provide phenomenal service. I recently moved over an hour away and I still come to visit because I haven't found anyone as good as Kevin.

I've been getting sports massages here for a few weeks now, and it's really helped with my back, hip, oblique and neck issues. Whether it's a half hour or a full hour, I always walk out feeling amazing with fewer symptoms and ready to do my mobility workouts from physical therapy. Coming here has been an essential part of my treatment plan, and I'm so glad my friend suggested sports massage and that I have such a great sports therapist nearby. Just remember to wear shorts and sports bra/workout top.

It’s not a spa experience but they do a great job understanding what you need and work with you to provide relief through massage. Highly recommend.

Straight to the problem. Loved the trigger point release. I needed a full hour focus on my hip and that’s exactly what I got. It was great!
