Worst experience I have ever had with any group in the medical field. Every interaction was met with disorganized incompetence. After a painful profile setup and appointment booking they proceed to waste my time by not telling me until I show up that they won’t do a routine cardiac score test that isn’t even covered by insurance without a doctor order in their system. Would not even look at my clinical notes from my doctor about suggested test.

Absolutely the worst service. I called them and they told me to go to the location on Post for xray and I can do walk in. With a fractured foot I uber there just to find out they don’t do xray on that day and they send me to the Sacramento location. Before I go there I call the location and ask if they can accommodate and they said to come in. I uber there just to find out they don’t take any X-rays for the next 3 hours. I had to uber home and back. If they simply did their job I wouldn’t have wasted 4 hours and bunch of uber rides back and forth. And their attitudes were absolutely horrible. Without any apology they just claimed that the person who answered the number on the actual google map is their call Center and is not aware. Worst service ever! Avoid at all cost
