We had such a wonderful experience at San Diego Dental Specialists. The dental hygienist and dentist were both incredibly patient, gentle, and genuinely caring throughout the visit. They took their time and made sure my son felt comfortable every step of the way and talked through each step to ensure he was ready before proceeding. What really stands out about this office is the environment they have created. It’s fun, welcoming, and puts kids at ease. This is one of the very few medical offices where my son is truly relaxed and completely unstressed during his appointment. I am so grateful for the time, kindness, and care they provide to their patients. It makes a huge difference for families, and we always leave feeling well taken care of. We are so impressed with this practice! I have an 8 year old and 3 year old. My 8 year old has been coming here to see Dr. Good since he was 2. He had major sensory sensitivities when he was younger and Dr. Good and her team have always been so incredibly patient, kind, warm and so, so good at their jobs. Jen has always been our hygienist and we just love her! The whole team is so kind. My three year old has his first cleaning this week and there were zero tears. They could tell he was a bit nervous and they pulled out all the stops without overwhelming him. Aside from their way with toddlers and children, they are wonderful explaining everything to us parents. They are also always on time, prompt and quick. I’ve only ever had a great experience. We have loved coming here for orthodontic work. I’ve had two kids get their braces here and the team is amazing. So patient. So kind. They are great with highly sensitive kids, very accommodating and patient. Also I love that they don’t use shame tactics when my kids won’t where their rubber bands. They remind them with respect, and in a way that gets him to want to do it. My son had a lot of work done and even his dentist was impressed with how they did things. Bonus is the video game room in the lobby. That gets my kids to want to go to the orthodontist. I’d recommend this group to anyone and everyone! Special shout out to Macren and Amanda!

Not only do my son’s teeth look incredible - but the love and care he gets from the staff at SDDS is unmatched. He comes here for both his dentist (since his first tooth came in) and orthodontist (as soon as his dentist identified problems) and the way they coordinate services is so amazingly helpful and functions like a well oiled machine. I especially appreciate how he sees the same wonderful people every time - making what could have been a scary process so much easier for everyone! Huge thanks to Macren who remembers us each visit and takes such great care of my kid!

Originally I put one and changed it to a 3 but had to change it back to a 1 because after making this review and changing it to a 3 San Diego dental specialist sent me a letter telling me to get new dentist. Its pretty much because I wrote an accurate review, there is no need for me to lie. I have attached the letter they sent me because they can not erase this like their response to my review. Businesses have a responsibility to be accountable. This office stands on ten toes that you can not blame them. If you go look they reply to every one and absolutely replied falsely to mine accusing me of things I did not do at all and them took it down after they sent this letter to avoid litigation I'm sure.
