Get a quote in writing. I went in for some hard work and they wanted to do a follow-up. I was told to wait until they could make sure it would be covered by my insurance. They called me back and said it was covered and that it wouldn't cost me anything. Turns out it cost me $500.

To say the least, Dr. Narula saved my life. He has continuously monitored my health following the procedure. He is very attentive to my concerns when we are communicating. He ranks in the top 1% as for as the many doctors I have had in my life span.

I scheduled a stress test and echo cardiogram 3 weeks ago. My insurance company said i didn’t need a prior authorization. The day before the test, i received a call from Monica at SD Cardiac Ctr telling me my insurance company now said i did need a prior authorization after all. The main purpose of this review is to recognize the amazing customer service that Monica provided during a 24 hour period. I’m not going to share every detail other than to say that I’ve interacted with many admin people over the years and i’ve never experienced the personal attention that Monica provided. I felt it important to alert the San Diego Cardiac Center of such an outstanding individual.

I worked with a research nurse, Diana. She was so pleasant and amazing. She took my concerns and listend and provide be with amazing care and top notch personality. Every phone covbersation you can tell she loves what she does and has really care for the patients. I was going through a stressful time with my cardiac procedures, and she made it all feel a little easier. Her calm and positive attitude helped shift my own outlook, and I’ll always be grateful for that. I am thankful to her and the san diego cardiac team for changing my life for the better.
