I’ve been coming to this dentist since I was a child, but after my last visit, I’ll never return. The person doing my x-rays didn’t know how to use the machine, took over twenty x-rays, and even joked that I “probably don’t have cancer.” She also couldn’t figure out how to use the dental chair and while the dentist was working in my mouth, pressed buttons that made it jerk upward.. nearly causing an accident. On top of that, they charged me a $50 copay even though my insurance should have covered the visit 100%, regardless of network status. If i didnt bring this up they would have kept the funds. Completely unsafe, unprofessional, and dishonest. I’ve lost all trust in this office.

Do not recommend at all. Maybe I got a bad dentist, but I felt like they do not care about you at all. They do the maximum amount of tests possible to squeeze the insurance and recommend the most procedures. On top of that, they also push their own products that will increase the price dramatically because insurance does not pay them as much as they want. They treat customers like cattle. They misdiagnosed me very confidently. I got two second opinions from two separate dentists after seeing San Bruno and they both said the same thing independently and both laughed at what I was told by San Bruno. Not recommend! Not professional and they are rude. The dental assistants dont even acknowledge your presence! The young dentist does not even know what she is doing!!

They did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth! It was fast, and very comfortable unlike a couple other places I’ve been. Very friendly staff, barely had to wait, I would highly recommend this place for cleaning.

It was a good appointment for dental surgery. Dr. Justin Tin was very careful with an unusually problematic implant procedure due to an injury I had more than 50 years ago, and my advanced age. He listened well and took the extra steps to get it right. My recovery is surprisingly good on the day after surgery.
