Staff is super polite and helpful. Docking 2 stars because new patients only get scheduled after a 6 month waiting period. I understand it’s policy and why you do it, but since this review is my personal opinion, I wish this wasn’t the case. Also, if you’re okay with scheduling an appointment 6 months out, make sure you can actually make it as there’s a $50 cancellation fee no matter how far out your appointment is. Recommended for people who do not need a physical or consultation in the immediate future. I may come back to this clinic once I get my immediate health concerns addressed by another doctor. If the service elsewhere is commendable, I’ll update my review with their information. 01/28/2026

The doctor was exceptionally professional, polite, and easy to communicate with. His approach was clear, respectful, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. I’ve already shared his information with several acquaintances because the experience was that positive. I would confidently and highly recommend him.

I’ve been waiting since friday January 9th to get my medication refill. My regular doctor is out of town. The help line is no help at all. I’ve literally gone to the doctors office everyday since. The one taking Magnos place is always too busy to talk to me personally (Torres). He DID send script, pharmacy was out. I went back to change pharmacy .. they sent it to the SAME PHARMACY. I went agin yesterday the 14th to tell them AGAIN to switch the pharmacy & gave them the address. It’s now Thursday the 15th and I’m going to have to go BACK OVER THERE. Tomorrow makes a week without my medication. I could be dead by now

I highly recommend Doctor Lopez. I’ve never had a bad experience in all my 30 plus years going to him for my medical needs. Doctor Lopez makes the best decisions when it comes to my care and I always leave feeling satisfied knowing he took his time with me discussing my health issues and my concerns. Always making the best decisions possible for me. I have only good things to say about my experience at San Benito Medical and with Doctor Rafael Lopez. Highly recommend him.

I was pleasantly surprised during my first phone call with Ms. Ramirez. She made scheduling my appointment simple and stress-free. She already had my records ready, which made it easy to discuss my concerns. I truly appreciate how attentive and caring she was; everything was handled smoothly and helped me before my trip out of the country.
