First of all, I wanna apologize I’m sorry to the nurse take care of me. She explained everything what I got to do before I come back and do my surgery. I got kind 😠 but she was real professional took time to explain everything with me I want to said thank you very much. Everybody in that place was real nice. I’m professional, especially the doctor.

Had an operation done that was scheduled for multiple months out because they’re so “busy” And my eye wasn’t taken care of properly at all. Lots of unnecessary pain. Now I come back to have another operation (because they messed up) and the doc makes me wait over an hour and a half before seeing them. I had to leave without talking to the doc because I had just finished working a 12h shift and was afraid I’d fall asleep on the way home. Now I still need treatment and I know they won’t take care of me properly.

Showed up early (11:30am) for a 12:15pm appointment due to a previous appointment. Anyway, it is now 2pm and we still haven’t seen the doctor. This is an absolute disgrace and unacceptable. Almost 2 hours from appointment time and STILL WAITING!!! I’ve asked twice now and just get told you’re next! Not happy!!!

Dr Oktavec is incredibly thorough, great care and dedication to his patients. Wonderful, friendly staff—they’re also quite thorough!!—they really help you understand what’s going on with your optimal eye health. Can’t recommend him highly enough!! Oh! One caveat: you have to appreciate nautical memorabilia and be able to stomach Greatest Oldies Hits jukebox to survive his waiting room!!!

After taking my friend there for a follow up appointment, we waited an hour and a half. She was NOT even seen by the doctor. She walked out and they have NOT even contacted her to see what happened!!! She could be passed out on the floor and nobody cares!!! Most unfriendly office I have ever been to. And I’ve been to alot of offices!!! WOULD NOT RETURN THERE!!!!
