Staff was very personable and Dr Salazar was great. They explained the procedure and were very professional. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the extraction process. Granddaughter also went there and got wisdom teeth pulled. It was so nice not having to go into SA.

Doctor Salazar is an excellent oral surgeon and I am very, very grateful for the work he did on my implants....my experience with his staff is a different story... I was set up with a payment plan based on what my insurance would cover before the procedure with a breakdown of all the costs and fees and whatnot. I paid the full amount. A week later, I received a call saying the office had made a mistake and that I now owed double—due immediately. I was told that had made a mistake and calculating what my insurance would pay and this wasn't just a small mistake this is like a 1700 mistake.... and I was pretty upset and said, " No, this is your mistake, you gave me a payment plan...and this is what I paid", but they refused to give an inch.
