I had been going to him for years. He made me a partial. It took 4 months to get the partial back. After l received the partial it didn't fit correctly, it had my mouth in pain. On top of that , l prepaid for my partial. They told me 4 months later that l owe $400 plus more because they didn't call the insurance company to check to see how much l would have to pay, they figured out the amount on their own. This was their mistake not mine, l paid the amount l was told. But he wanted me to pay more for a partial that he adjusted 3 times and still didn't work..... l return the partial and they sent me a bill.... l can't use it

I've been a patient for a number of years now. The staff has always been super nice and accommodating. Dr. Sanders is a pretty awesome doctor that actually cares about his patients. My teeth are super important and he keeps my smile on point. :-) Thanks Doc
