Sam's Club Pharmacy

Every one at Sam’s Club Pharmacy is amazing! Their service is unlike any other Pharmacy I’ve used in the last 20 years. I’m now totally disabled and critically ill, they fill about 35 different prescriptions monthly. They always do everything they can possibly do to reach out to the Doctors and clinics so I never miss a daily dose. One again Hurray to all of you and I hope that we will continue to work together as long as possible.

We moved to Woodbury recently. We tried two different pharmacies and had horrible experiences with our prescriptions not being ready when they said they would be, coming back later to find out they still weren't ready. Then we tried SAM'S CLUB PHARMACY!!! What a completely different experience. They have our prescriptions ready right away. They're so friendly. They take time to explain what we need to know about the medication. I hesitate to tell all of you about their pharmacy because everyone will switch to their pharmacy after you try them once! Brett (and I can't remember the girls name, but she's in the picture below) are both exceptional employees that in my mind are model examples of customer service and very knowledgeable.

I feel the prices are too high but that is my opinion. I have zero idea why they have you stop at the exit to scan food to see if you paid. If you don't trust, then get cashiers back.

We just switched our prescriptions over and we couldn’t be happier leaving behind CVS. The staff at CVS wouldn’t even look up where my medication was in stock. I had to call CVS Caremark to ask and it was far away. They wouldn’t explain why they couldn’t get it in stock around the corner from me. They just didn’t seem to care at all. With Sam’s We can pick up while we shop. Things are ready quickly. The staff is great. We also got Covid vaccines here. Unless it’s an emergency this is going to meet all our regular needs.

Lisa is wonderful!! She has helped us with our vaccination needs and is always kind and is excellent at giving us our vaccinations... no pain!! The entire pharmacy staff is also courteous and helpful!! N & L
