Sam's Club Pharmacy

I called on 9/5 to fill my dogs prescription. Immediately received a call back about how it was out of stock and it would take about a week to fill. Last year during this same time it took about two weeks so instead of bothering i gave them time and waited for them to call or for two weeks to hit for me to call and check well i called this afternoon and now they have no record of me calling or my prescription even though i have phone records showing they called me 9/5 afternoon about placing the order for it. This is very unprofessional to just loose a prescription and give no details and just say we have no record. His prescription can no longer be refilled after 9-11 so this is a complete inconvenience and waste of money since i now have to have another very visit to even get another pre

I love this pharmacy. The staff recognize me & are totally on top of my refills! The pharmacists are professional as well as personal. Even if I'm just shopping & not picking up a prescription they recognize me & always say hello & ask me how I'm doing! Thank you Sam's pharmacy for making me feel important!💞

Since I changed over to this pharmacy I've had a problem every single month. For about 8 months. Problems with my medication that if I don't have I'm in mental torture. And they don't seem to care really. I'd hate to see how they do people with cancer medications and whatnot when they just " don't have them in stock "

Was here with my client to pick up her medication after her mom confirmed earlier in the day that it was all ready. Upon arrival I explain the situation, yet the staff didn't seem to have a clue or have horrible miscommunication. Waited over half an hour and they barely communicated with us. The girls need to get themselves together!
