Sam's Club Pharmacy

Talked to a girl today and was told they couldn’t guarantee the good rx price because their system didn’t always accept the good rx prices for some reason and a manager couldn’t not solve the issue. I feel this is poor customer service on the business’ part. If you know drug prices are through the roof and you pride yourselves on having the best price for customers than you should fix the problem instead of blaming good rx for trying to help your customers. Fix it Jesus. This is unacceptable on all levels.

I wish I can give at least 3 star but I can’t. I went to get my 10 month old son antibiotics & inhaler and they only gave me an antibiotics and told me to come back next day for inhaler so I came back the next day to pick up but they again said they do not have with them int he stock and told me to go to Walmart to pick it up. I went to Walmart and they also said come back tomorrow because they do not have in stock. I don’t recommend anyone to sam’s club pharmacy.

Excellent pharmacy!!!!! Very friendly with good old fashion service. Gail is the best. She is a great asset to sams club. A++++++++++++

Great staff & service especially with Ms Gail she’s showering with too much compassion towards patients 🙏🏻❤️🥰

08/28/24 morning. Horrible customer service. The lady had me wait 30 minutes and told me they don't have it.
