Sam's Club Pharmacy

Appalled at the unprofessionalism of pharmaceutical tech, Chris, working at Sam’s Dulles Sterling center. He is rude, condescending, has a bad attitude and lacks the customer service skills needed to represent the medical field and Walmart brand. Not surprised at all to see 2 prior negative reviews for him saying the same exact thing. Will never recommend this pharmacy nor return as this negative experience made me transfer my business elsewhere.

I always had a good experience at Sam’s Club Pharmacy at Dulles. Chris and Jyothi are very helpful with our medications and vaccines.

The pharmacist Chris at the Dulles location is extremely unprofessional and rude. A marked contrast from every other Sam’s pharmacy in the area. Find another location. Most of the pharmacist at Sam’s are first rate. This one should be fired in my view.

I have been picking up my prescription here on and off for a few years and they are consistently the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. On multiple occasions I have called ahead to confirm my prescription is in stock and then once I drive to the pharmacy they tell me the person I spoke to is wrong and they won't be able to stock the prescription until the next day. They have incorrectly told me I am out of refills several times only to call me back later and let me know I actually do have refills. I will be driving out of my way from now on to any Sams Club other than this one.

I went to sams club pharmacy at Dullas shopping center Sterling VA, The pharmacist Chris was very rude , unpleasant, and unprofessional, I had to leave, and I would never go back to this pharmacist, I would transfer my RX and my family RX to different pharmacy.
