Sam's Club Pharmacy

This is my favorite pharmacy. My mom and dad are grumpy and weird and sometimes they have mixups with their meds. You can count on the folks at Sam’s Pharmacy to help you sort things out. Shout out to Taylor and Monse who went above and beyond to help my mom today. 💛

Under staffed. No carts in store. All carts are outside in the cart section. Food court only 2 people there. Poor cashier was running around tryng to charge. And pass out tge orders. I literally waited 15 to reach her. And it was only 3 people in front of me

I gave this pharmacy plenty of benefit of the doubt and they ended up exposing their personal feelings over remaining professional. They condescend you and assume you don’t understand or follow insurance information. Monse hides her name when you call or in person to avoid her accountability. Elizabeth has made snarky comments. You can tell they have no awareness of how they act or are. They take things personal in a work setting. Unhae finalized this lack of welcoming nature by screaming and speaking over the patient, insisting that she understood an insurance issue. Well, she turned out to be wrong after I tried communicating what was potentially going on. Did she apologize for humiliating the patient? Absolutely not; but I am not surprised. Taylon and the staff there are great .I had all my moms prescriptions from Walgreen's switched over to Sam's club Taylon goes the extra mile to make sure you get all your meds on time with no hassle compared to Walgreen's and CVS .I highly recommended getting your prescriptions filled with them always friendly with a great attitude towards all the customers.

Pharmacist was helpful and was able provide Excellent care.
