Sam's Club Pharmacy

I had been waiting already a half hour before they closed for lunch for them to correct a inhaler to the brand I have always got but they decided to change on there own (there reason was because it was cheaper) idk I didn’t ask for it to be changed. The worst part is they closed the window on me so they could go to lunch when the person on the phone said it would only take 5 minutes. The rude girl that was supposed to be helping me just simply said I gotta go to lunch on time or I can’t get back on time. I guess five minutes was too long for her instead she would send me away and tell me to wait 30 minutes or come back later I live across town and this made me think where’s the kindness and simple customer service from this staff.

I have picked up 'scripts here for my husband with no issues, but I tried to get a very common prescription here for myself and it was like pulling teeth. I went in for it a couple hours after it was called in, which is what my doc recommended. It wasn't ready, but they said it would be ready later that afternoon. I went back and they said they were out but that it would be in the next day. I wasn't able to go in the next day, Saturday, and they are closed Sunday. I went back Monday and they said that prescription was discontinued... and then they didn't offer any further help. So I left for the third time empty-handed. Again, it was a really common prescription. It easily could have been substituted with something else, but they made no effort to do that for me. I contacted my doctor,

Down right awful!! The pick up line stretched to the end of the aisle. The poor little clerk was doing the best she could-whoever the manager was should have opened another line. There were rude people cutting the line. We were in line for 45 minutes. My 83 yo mother has had a broken hip on one side and a broken femur on the other-mobility is so difficult. Maybe a numerical system would help on high volume days. If you have a choice don’t take your prescriptions here.

My wife and I have had no issues with his location and have enjoyed that the pharmacy staff is quick about filling things and working on any issues that arise with coverage/approval of the Ned's through insurance. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area so to the service and the added bonus that their saving plan is one of the best I've come across.

Best Pharmacy. The pharmacist is so kind, caring, and takes his time to answer questions. Techs aren't super friendly but they're very efficient.
