Sam's Club Pharmacy

There are many reasons why I love this Sam's Club, but their customer service has to be my #1 reason. We were having issues with our membership. Eric at the customer service desk was not only patient and helpful, but he helped me find the best solution! Every time we come in and there something we want out of stock, or an issue with a product the staff goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is the best. I used to love Costco, but the Provo Sam's Club has turned me into a true convert!

Rare to find a chain pharmacy with a staff that is more friendly and caring than a small town pharmacy but these guys got it. Dr Nguyen helped our family with our flu shots and was amazingly kind and patient with a daughter who has a fear of needles. Many of my wife's prescriptions are about a third the cost of other pharmacy's with our Sam's club plus prescription.

Every time I come to this pharmacy I am treated poorly for buying OTC allergy meds. NEWSFLASH if it’s a box for 15 days you need 2 a month go figure. Hopefully this will change because I shop at sams club every week! My membership is up this month not sure about renewing.

I really like this pharmacy I feel as if everyone is very knowledgeable and I have never had any trouble with them despite some of their reviews.

We love this pharmacy staff! Very personable, friendly and always helpful in answering our questions!
