Sam's Club Pharmacy

We stopped in here for a normal shopping trip yesterday. We have been having a hard time getting one of my daughters diabetic prescriptions due to supply chain issues. I popped by the pharmacy to see if they could get them. This is not our preferred pharmacy from our insurance, but they happened to have what we needed in stock. Here comes the fun part. Getting the prescription transferred. Veronica spent over an hour on the phone for us calling insurance and our other pharmacy which had transferred the prescription to Amazon. She called Amazon as well and she got the prescription stopped with them. Low and behold, after close to 2 hours waiting, we were able to walk out with our Dexcom G7 sensors in hand. Pick up is absolutely horrible here. They typically only have one to two people bringing out orders. You will wait at least 30 minutes

Been customer for 21 years.people working mostly very nice,only substitute are different.the manager is super human.,two girls working late on Dec 4th were very sincere .best service always.

Staff always helpful in all departments Love the Pharmacy staff They are the Best compared to all the other pharmacies in the area

The personnel in this pharmacy are terrific.....patient and kind! Knowledgeable. Treat each customer. I have been going here for several years....
