Have been patronizing Sam's Club Pharmacy for at least 5 years. Al, Amy, Laura and Jaci are a great group to deal with. They're professional, customer-centered, friendly and helpful. They provide quality at a reasonable price. Appreciate them very much.

We had a prescription that was on the 10th day and needed to be picked up. We called and the person at the pharmacy said they would refill the prescription, and it will be there for 10 days. I went back the day after we called and there was no prescription there and had to reorder it. It won't be ready for a week. This place is ridiculous. Will definitely not return. I'll pay a few dollars more somewhere else for superior service. Service here is lacking.
