Sam's Club Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy! They are always so friendly and take the time to answer any questions you have. They are easy to get a hold of and communicate well with their customers. They take the Sam's club membership very seriously and deliver five star member service. I have switched all of my family's medications here! All of the staff behind the counter are very courteous.

I have been get pet meds here for 2 years now and I have no complaints. 🙂

The male pharmacist must be over stressed or is going through a rough spell. He is overly defensive and seems like he might be in need of a break.

This is the first time I am writing bad review. I came to Novi Pharmacy for my kid vaccine. Pharmacist name Hanna was giving vaccine and I have never met rude pharmacist like him. My child was scared and he was rude to her and he pushed his cart so rudely and walked out. I understand it’s 12/24 and you probably don’t want to work but if you are at work no matter what show some professionalism and care for patient. I am in health profession and know how to take care of patients. I didn’t say a word since it is Christmas time and don’t want to ruin anyone’s day and want to appreciate that they are even working. But some kind of behavior is not acceptable. Specially at Sams like store where we have a high expectations for anything. Merry Christmas and happy holidays!

I was calling from a dr.'s office trying to help a patient find a lower price on a prescription and was not correctly put on "hold" by pharmacy tech and could hear every word that was being said about me being "wishy washy" and that she was irritated by having to answer so many questions. It's sad that patient care was not as important as the time being spent to find a economical solution to the problem. Isn't patient care what you're there for?? Called on 9/28/16 at 3:30 pm.
