Sam's Club Pharmacy

Today's review reflects only on the customer service person behind the pharmacy counter at 2:20 pm on March 8th, 2024. It has no reflection on the pharmacist or technician who helped me today. I would give them ten stars if I could. We drove 45 minutes to your store like we always do to fill the prescriptions my doctor called in. The technician added new insurance in the system, confirmed my prescriptions, and informed me it would be about an hour as they were going to lunch. She told me to return at 2:20 Which I did. I approached the pick-up counter an hour later at 2:20. I was the only customer present. However, I was greeted rudely for the first time by any member of a Sam’s Club Pharmacy. She told me I had no prescriptions. I informed her what I had been told, and she barked at me, act

Robin runs a tight and friendly ship over there. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make it a hidden gem of a pharmacy. They treat people with the utmost respect and this has been my pharmacy of choice for over a decade now.

Poor phone customer service. Jamaica was very rude and condescending.

Love this Pharmacy. No wait like at Walgreens. Scripts are ready always.in a timely manner. Max wait time 20 minutes whether phoned in, faxed by doctor or while I wait. This cannot be met by any competitors. Thank you Sams. Your system is the best.

Prescriptions are always ready quickly and done accurately. Very friendly people. Prices are great. The pharmacist, Robin Wood, is awesome!
