Worst Pharmacy ever. Every single time i try to get my prescriptions refilled. There’s always some kind of problem. Communication is horrible. They send me a text claiming my prescriptions ready & I drive a ways to get there but when I get there, they tell me it’s not ready. Another time they send me a text saying it’s ready and when I get there it’s out of stock, or I get there after I called and said everything was ready they hand me the bag and I get all the way home to find they didn’t fill all my prescriptions just some of them, but didn’t let me know. I tried to place a delivery for my prescriptions one went through just fine. The 2nd one they tried to say was charged under a different credit card when there’s only one credit card on file and after I had JUST paid the one before it a

I LOVE OUR SAMS CLUB PHARMACY!!!! We have been filling RX there for years!!! The folks are helpful and NEVER too busy to answer questions, whether it is about your RX or about something over the counter. I have been asking their advice since our boys were little and they are now grown ups and asking questions for themselves. They know, we can ALWAYS count on these guys to lead us to the right answer.

Jenny is absolutely incredible! She took amazing care of us! So thankful for her!

Communication between there staff and customers is awful. I call and ask if my prescription is ready and when I get there it’s not and there’s always some kind of issue with getting it. If it’s not ready don’t tell people who have to drive an hour to get there.
