Sam's Club Pharmacy

I really like this pharmacy! The pharmacist I spoke with over the phone was so pleasant and helpful! When I was there picking up my prescription the staff and pharmacist were so nice and thorough. Very prompt getting a prior authorization the same day, where it took my previous pharmacy much longer. So nice to see people that are upbeat and happy with their job! Well done ladies!

This is the most dishonest and horrible pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Two of my prescriptions are EXTREMELY expensive and They were charging me for three months supply and only giving me one month. Once I was home I found out I called them out on it and their response was just. Quote “ Thats our bad” lol After they did that, they tried to do it AGAIN A couple months later. The pharmacist tried to argue with me because she got caught doing it AGAIN. I Told her I would no longer get my prescriptions filled with them. Then to be childish, she called my doctor to act like it was me and said I would no longer be allowed to fill prescriptions there haha After I told HER I was going somewhere else. THEN she tried to call and I wouldn’t answer so she leaves a nasty message cause she was STILL upset

Just had surgery and when my wife called to check on the prescription status the guy said they were ready but when she went to pick them up they stated the meds weren't ready. We switched to sams from walgreens because of service but they seem to be just as bad.

I love Sams Club Pharmacy they are easy to call and even nicer to work with in person. The people that work there have been trained properly and know thier business. Very professional. Thank you Sams.

Can someone explain to me the purpose of having plus member hours if they won’t let you in early? It’s ridiculous. It should be taken off the website and not advertised as a perk.
