Sam's Club Pharmacy

Absolutely horrible. Have gotten my same prescription wrong 3x and this time the ordered from the wrong manufacturer on purpose because there was a sticker on my bottle telling me the size & color might be different. How do you change someone’s medication without notifying them? Now Im left 2 days before Christmas without the meds that are keeping me alive. Great Job Sams Club!! Ill be switching pharmacies in the morning.

My son's prescription was out of stock in our Pharmacy. I called around to see who has it in stock so I can transfer his prescription. Out of all the pharmacies, Sam's Club is the only one that would not tell me if they have it in stock. What a ridiculous policy. They want the doctor's office to call. We ended up driving 5 minutes further and went to Costco.

Saved a bundle on drugs. They kept us from getting into the infamous donut hole of insurance. They are especially helpful if you use insulin or digoxin, which insurance does not cover well or st all.

Donna, and her coworkers are knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. I've never found a pharmacy as accommodating and helpful as this one. No question is unimportant and the response is always timely.
