We had them mess up the input of a prescription that was sent electronically so we continued to have problems after. After an issue I personally had with there pharmacist Brittany where I should have not got emotional she became rude and condescending towards me. After this issue the pharmacist gave my husband nothing but problems, and then told us they would not fill any prescriptions for me, nor my husband, and my family, even not filling my daughters antibiotics! before the end of last year we had no problems been going to them for years even received vaccines from really kind employees. no issues but after this was a problem every month and they blamed it on our doctors office, our insurance, and us. My husband and I transferred our prescriptions from CVS to Sam’s Club Pharmacy. Best decision we've made in a long time! The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are just a pleasure to interact with. They are very helpful, efficient, and friendly. The customer service we receive at this pharmacy runs circles around the service we've endured for years at our local CVS pharmacy. Of course, you do sacrifice more convenient hours. But we have made the adjustment, and plan accordingly. If there is one improvement we could suggest, it would be for Sam’s Club Pharmacy to develop an app that allows members to view their prescriptions, request refills, and be notified via app when prescriptions are ready for pick-up.

CVS never had my medicine ...SAM's ALWAYS has it. Been coming here ever since!!

Sam's Club Pharmacy is usually busy but I enjoy using it. They will usually do my prescription within the day. You can refill your prescription over the phone and pick up the following day but they will give an option of same day. And while there, I usually pick up some fresh vegetables. The only problem is that I'm too tempted to buy the pizza.
