Sam's Club Pharmacy

I have been generally very happy with their service. been going there over 12 years and they've helped me through so many different circumstances including drugs for my dogs. If you have the executive/business plan, the prices are even better. Took me almost 10 years to get my wife to switch over she can't say enough good about them. Sam's was very highly rated in the consumer reports also, but the service at the local level as most important with any pharmacy. Can't go wrong with Sam's Pharmacy at Lubbock.

I've been getting my meds here at Sam's for years. When my visit to a Dr other than my primary Dr( well) , first question is. What pharmacy do you use? If meds are needed. I always say Sam's club because pharmacy lady's or gentleman are always really nice. They fill quick and try to help the best they can. When meds are due to fill again. They fax it not just tell you it was lol. Good people just don't be a Karen or Daren on them because they work hard.

Bad customer service. While 3 checkers are floating around self checkout, only 1 person is working the checkout lane. Standing 5 carts deep

Staff are always friendly and willing to help! I read through the other reviews before leaving this one, and I’m guessing things have changed over time, because I never have to wait long to have my call answered when I go that route.

They never answer their phone, I'm calling from a doctor's office and I can't get through either by phone or fax. It should not be this hard!
