Amazing experience here! Jacob was extremely helpful. If you have any questions, they will work with you. Don’t be afraid to call! Everyone is so nice and kind. Even though they don’t take my insurance, I’ll continue to come to Sam’s. I feel like they actually care about their patients so I don’t mind spending $10 more for my prescriptions. Because of my wonderful experience I might just got a Sam’s membership! True customer service here.

The Sam’s Club Pharmacy in Keller ( Golden Triangle) is absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are not only knowledgeable, but always so patient , kind and efficient!! I have never had a negative experience . The pharmacist himself will answer questions , take phone calls and even run register if needed. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!!!

Just spoke with what I can only assume to be the pharmacy tech and I was incredibly nice on the phone. Not once but twice was she rude. I had told her my name at the beginning of the call and she asked for it again, but with attitude like I was inconveniencing her day. Before she ended the call same bad attitude. Y’all need better techs sounds like this lady hates her job 🙃
