The pharmacist, Jordan is a remarkable example of what all pharmacist should be like. Each time I go to pick up my prescriptions, he explains thoroughly to me each medication. I recently had an allergy reaction to an antibiotic and my doctors office was closed and he explained exactly what I should do and asked me to call him back in an hour to report how I was doing. That to me, is going up and beyond. He genuinely cares for his customers and I appreciate that about him and his staff. The feeling of being taken care of is refreshing and appreciated. I cannot refer this pharmacy enough..a little hidden gem. Thank you Jordan and your awesome staff!!

Excellent service and saved me today from Katy Freeway location dropping the ball with my medicine last night. They went the extra mile to call my doctor 1100 miles away to smooth out a big mess. I'm moving here and will not use any other pharmacy. I've been here twice and love it!!! Thank you!!

Always an easy experience. The staff is great.

Horrible service. Poor customer service. Seems like they don't want to do their job...just expect you to cater to their time schedule and remind them about it.....even if it overrides what your doctor wants. I guess dictdoc don't know what they are doing and the pharmacy knows what's best for you???
