Sam's Club Pharmacy

Sams has been my pharmacy for years. They are consistent, reliable, and friendly. They take care of you like family. Have not found a pharmacy I like better.

I've been coming here since 2012. I love the people here. For every customer I have had the experience of seeing, they knew them by name and had wonderful realationships with them. I love getting my refills done here as I'm always greeted with smiles. Fantastic people!

At this Sam's Club branch in Hendersonville, TN I am experiencing much higher wait time in line, both at cash register and line going out the door for security check. Today had over 20 people with carts in line waiting to get out the door and one person checking people out the door. I'm seriously rethinking my paying $100 a year to be a member. Time is money. I like to get in and get out of a store as a customer and business person.

Have never had a problem with this pharmacy, they are always pleasant, and happy to help me with any issues I might have with my meds. Christy, and Kiara, always greet me by name, which is nice, as does Rachel, the Pharmacist. I'm not really a Wal-Mart/Sam's Club shopper, but we have a membership just for the use of the pharmacy, and the wonderful customer service we receive! Thank you ladies!

I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect from a pharmacy in my entire life. The DMV gave me a paper back i.d. until my hard-back copy comes in the mail. I ordered a new i.d. because I had moved and they told me I could still use my paper-back i.d. from the time before if it wasn't expired. It expires in August 2018, so therefore, I have 18 more months to use my paper-back i.d. So, I have been going to Sam's Club Pharmacy for a couple of months now, I was going to the one in Nashville at first, never had a problem there. The one in Hendersonville was more close to my home, so I decided to go there.
