Sam's Club Pharmacy

Worst experience at a pharmacy. Our babygirl has the flu and we immediately dropped off the prescription after her appointment. They said 20 minutes it would be ready. When we returned they were on lunch and wouldn’t be back open until 2pm. We waited in the car and when husband went back in at 2:05 pm they still weren’t open and ignored him and another customer standing there. Husband had to continuously knock on the door for them to open up. When they finally opened up the window we had to ask for the prescription back because they didn’t want to accept his insurance card. She said they require a separate prescription card which our insurance doesn’t provide. The prescription information is located on the back of our insurance card and we never had a problem filling a prescription at our

The friendliest staff of any pharmacy I have ever used! They go out of their way to be helpful and are always fast and happy to help. I will drive across town to use this pharmacy because they are so reliable.
