Beware beware, just got charged $25 more than we should have they said they used GoodRx as a discount Not true! 10 different pharmacies were at least $10 cheaper going through GoodRx. Talk to the pharmacy manager his response nothing he could do, he should resign!!

Just got off the phone with the "pharmacy manager" Brent. Who was beyond rude and condescending. I just got out of a psych hospital when they sent my prescriptions in to Sams. I had previously told other Techs that I did not want to fill the prescription from the hospital because it was only 14 days and not 30; well they filled my 14day prescription anyway and I didn't notice for a week (my fault, yes but just figured they were doing their job and I paid for a full 30 day prescription, not 14). I called on Saturday and was told by a "Cathy" that they could refill my medication on Tuesday the earliest. So I called today (tuesday) and was told no, Wednesday. So I asked for the pharmacy manager, who proceeded to be beyond rude and ask me "well why didn't you check it?"; "why did you fill

The staff here is always very efficient and friendly. I got my flu shot today. Kathleen was exceptional. Didn't feel a thing!! Thank you.

We got our Covid booster shots at Sam's Club Pharmacy in Glendale, AZ. Kathleen took all the time that was needed to discuss and answer any questions we had about the vaccine. We've never had that level of care, comprehension, and expertise that she provided letting alone her friendly nature. It was a WAY better, low-key experience than going to the "drug store on the corner". Also, there was a sign posted that read YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO GET COVID VACCINE. They take appointments and walk-ups. Take your Covid vaccine card(s) with you. Great experience. Kathleen was wonderful.

The pharmacists and techs are top notch! They always have a good attitude and are willing to help. Once we had an issue with a script and they went out of their way to help make sure the doctor and Ins were working together for what we needed.
