Sam's Club Pharmacy

The store manager, Kris, needs improvement in her communication skills. She speaks to customers as if they are her employees, which comes across as condescending. When I raised a concern, two staff members acknowledged the issue and mentioned that several employees feel she often talks down to people. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location — I’d rather drive farther to receive better service.

I rarely give reviews but the pharmacy techs are amazing, I was diagnosed with epilepsy at 23 I didn't have insurance and my medication as you can expect be ridiculous. They went above and beyond to help me, they didn't have to do any of it but they were empathetic towards my situation I was helpless with no insurance no job no nothing they could of said sorry we can't do anything for ya which most pharmacies I'd expect. Shout out to Karen btw your awesome!

It's awesome experienced! All the staff was very accomodating specially the Pharmacist Manager named Tommy he is very well knowledgeable. You will feel the safety of your self as he explains according to compliance. It's hard to find this kind of brilliant staff. He deserved more than 5 Star. Thank You so much Sam's Club to have this Tommy as your Pharmacist Manager. Two Thumb's Up!

They ran out of test strips during a free health screening. "Would you like to come back in 2 months? Did you know that Sam's Club has a pharmacy?" Really? Do they run out of everything too?
