Sam's Club Pharmacy

Pharmacist, Keith & his team members Tammy & Miranda are AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond the call of duty getting my medication covered today which unfortunately had to be transferred to CVS due to insurance but this pharmacy is the BEST!!! They are always so pleasant to work with and take care of their patients.

Cheryl was quite positive and energetic. She made my day! I felt like she is a really good asset to Sam's and one of the two reasons I'll be definitely giving my business to them. Jamie is the other one, she is attentive and honest, she made me feel like I'd be in good hands should I have any more questions about my medications. Even if I move, I'll keep coming to this Sam's for my prescriptions!

Called for refill on Thursday, recording said prescription was out, called doctors office Friday at 2:00pm, recording said they have left for the day, called pharmacy Saturday to see if I could get an emergency refill…this is sleeping pills I’m talking about, not OxyContin. After explaining the situation to the pharmacist, he said there was nothing he can do about it. Not like I haven’t been a regular prescriber for the last two years. Where’s the common sense here? The rest of the staff has always been helpful and polite, but this one time is enough to nullify the past good. When you can’t sleep due to lack of laziness from the doctors and pharmacist, it makes you angry and frustrated.

I moved all my prescriptions over to Sam’s pharmacy and I have very happy with my decision! Great customer service, informative, take pride in what they do!!

Friendly and professional team! The pharmacists and the attendants are always helpful and always great you with a smile. I have being a customer for over 18 years!
