Sam's Club Pharmacy

I have been coming to this pharmacy for two years and never had an issue until today. I've been trying to get my prescription sent to my house and was told to "just call in". When I called, I got the automated system and it told me my prescription was going to be ready Tuesday after 3pm in person pick up (no shopping option was mentioned) . I go in Tuesday at 3:30pm and they tell me my prescription is not ready, or even there at their pharmacy. I tell the guy the automated system told me it would be ready and all he says is, "Oh our system is bad and does that when really, it's not ready for pickup." I asked him why no one called to tell me my prescription wasn't ready and how I called to try and get shipping since I live an hour away. He said "Oh. Well did you press 000?" As if it was co
