Sam's Club Pharmacy

Even though it's no longer the closest pharmacy to my house, I still come to this location for the customer service. The pharmacy tech Reba has been taking care of me and my family for more years than I can count. She anticipates when it's time for a refill and reminds me because I forget everytime! The rotation of pharmacists are also very nice but they change sometimes while Reba has remained consistent. I'm not looking forward to the day she retires 😭

Unfriendly workers they don't even want to be asked any questions. Specifically the customer service desk

I love this pharmacy, Matt and crew seem to go out of their way to make it easy for me to pick up my meds. Every pharmacy should have people like this group, they are the only reason I drive out of my way to that ghetto Sam’s Club. Keep up the great work guys and making our customers feel like they’re important and matter.

Matt and the entire Sam’s Club pharmacy team are absolutely amazing. I’ve worked with Matt several times and he will make sure you are taken care of. All of them will :) thank you!

Shameful service...take time out of my day to pick up medicine that's been ready for a week only to he told that it was lunch time!?!? Nowhere does it state that there's a 1:30-2:00 lunch break on the website. On fact it shows mo breaks mid-day at all!
