Sam's Club Pharmacy

Wendy and Roger are amazing! Aside from that; your other pharmacy techs are straight trash. Member service, let alone customer service is non existent. Especially if you're a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Or if you're not originally from Clarksville OR if they think that you're not originally from here. Funny how being transgender gets me treated differently at this specific pharmacy. Bottom line, if it wasn't for Wendy and Roger, I'd already have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. Do BETTER Sam's Club!! *EDIT* 7-11-24 - I have changed my rating from 2-stars to 5-stars. I'm not sure what happened but, everyone has certainly changed for the better. Way to go Sam's Pharmacy!

It’s a good Pharmacy but you have to go to the back of the store since they don’t have a drive-thru but you can get discounts via a Sam’s Plus membership which may make it worth it as some of the discounts are better to use than insurance. Always ask for the Sam’s Plus discounts. They will work with you generally. They also offer vaccines so you can get those done here as well.

Roger is awesome! Honestly ive only dealt with 2 pharmacists there. Roger is one and the other is a blonde haired lady. And let me tell ya, they both are awesome. They have gone above and beyond for me to make sure i had the medicine that works best for me, not just giving ne what my insurance covers or what they had on shelf at the time. And they are noth very nice and friendly. The whole staff is . So thank you guys for being the type of people and pharmacy i love coming to.

Both Wendy and Roger are so kind and polite. I’ve gone there for years and have never had an issue with anything. Wendy knows me and my husband by name and always asks how we’re doing. She is literally a saint.

Pharmacists here are super friendly and helpful. Smart decision when switched from Walgreens to Sam’s pharmacy.
