Multiple times now their automated system has texted us that our prescriptions are ready only for us to show up and, "it's not actually ready, give us 45 minutes." While it's 30 minutes to closing time. 😑 We've even gotten an "oh, we can't give it to you until tomorrow because the insurance won't let us, we filled it too soon." I understand both of these and aren't dissatisfied with the people themselves behind the counter. Just the automated texting system. Don't want to waste my time driving there to be told it isn't ready. It's disrespectful to waste people's time. Tldr; don't actually text about prescriptions until they're actually ready.

I was given someone else's medicine. 5mg monjaro injectors when I was supposed to get 2.5mg one. The paperwork inside bag was mine but it was my first time with meds, so I didn't look at the box, just read the pamphlet and took it. Anyways 2 or 3 weeks later, they call me and asked if I picked my medicine up, which I said yes, didn't think much about it then one day was looking and noticed it had someone elses name on it. Called my doctor and then them and told them about it. They asked if I was OK and then said they would call me the next day. Never got a call after that so beware where you go and check your meds from there. This was end of November for me I believe when I picked the meds up

Staff is very helpful, however they will NOT tell you if you prescriptions are cheaper "out of pocket" instead of paying your insurance copay. Check the Free, $4, $10 Drug List on the pharmacy page. Be sure to ask and don’t assume your best deal is using insurance.

Everyone of the staff is so helpful and Awesome!!! The pharmacist both of them know my meds and if something changes there Johnnie on the spot explaining the best way to take it .. Awesome is all I can say !!!
