Everything runs so smoothly. From the manpower to the checkout and vehicle servicing. Even when I talked with customer service. All smiles and respect. I refer Sam's Club weekly to my friends and family.

THE Best pharmacy in Indiana. They are always ready when they say they are. All the staff helps you with your needs and questions. Everyone I recommend to them love them. No more it's ready please stop and pick up, you get there and we are sorry are text system sent that accidentally.but it will be ready in two hours.1 day later it's still not ready. You know from CVS . Sams Pharmacy is the best highly recommended...

Pharmacy refuses to give out over the phone if they have a particular medication in stock. Wants to make you drive there in person to check stock. Every other pharmacy in town, CVS, Kroger, even Wal-Mart pharmacy which is basically the same company will tell you if they have this med in stock over the phone. This is a self-imposed rule that serves no purpose other than to make members lives harder. I have been a member for 14 years at Sam's and this is very bad policy.

I have been a Bloomington Sams Club Pharmacy customer for years—except for one year when I went crazy and switched. I’m back now and so much happier again! Their customer service is just the best!
